🍉 Please read these setup instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and joyful setup experience
COME HAPPY & READY FOR A MELONTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
🍉GOLDEN RULE: Please be patient and kind. We appreciate everyone working together.
Remember: We are working with 200+ vendors.🍉
🍉 Setup is a 4-Step Watermelon Crawl! 🛑 STOP at the your area → 📦 DROP off your items → 🚗 PARK your vehicle → 🛒 GET your booth ready to start the fun!
Hernando County Fairgrounds: 6436 Broad St, Brooksville FL 34601
1️⃣ Load-In
You previously selected your setup day. Please follow the arrival schedule below:
🍉 Friday Setup
Load-in between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The main entrance will close promptly at 5:00 PM.
🍉 Saturday Setup
Load-in between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
All vehicles must be moved to vendor parking before 9:00 AM.
🍉 Vendor Entrance
All vendors must enter through Oliver Street. Please refer to the map below for the designated vendor entrance route.
🍉 DO NOT access the venue through Broad St.
2️⃣ Your area
3️⃣ Unload First, THEN Park
Please check in with Saucy Queen staff before unload.
🍉 The Saucy Queen crew will guide you when you arrive. A map gives you the big picture, but final placement happens on site.
🍉 Unload in the designated area and PARK your car in the Vendor Parking Lot.
🍉 Do not setup before park your car.
🚗 Drive slowly, follow staff instructions, and stop only where guided.
4️⃣ Tent Setup Rules
🍉 Every tent leg must be properly weighted. Don't let your tent become the festival's newest flying attraction!
🍉 If you must leave early for an emergency, your tent must remain in place until the end of the event. Arrange for someone else to handle breakdown if needed.
5️⃣ Electricity
🍉 Electricity access and generator permission are available only for vendors who requested them during registration. Please do not plug equipment into any venue outlets without prior approval.
6️⃣ Final Setup Checklist
🍉 Keep your booth clean (trash cans & dumpster provided for solid regular waste).
🍉 Have all required licenses and permits.
🍉 Saucy Queen events take place rain or shine.
⚠️ Oil, fat or grease disposal is not available. Please bring your cooking waste with you.
7️⃣ Breakdown – 4:00 PM
🍉 Fully pack your booth (including tent) and wait for inspection.
🍉 A staff member will inspect your space and issue a Golden Ticket.
🍉 Once cleared, you may drive to your spot. Show your ticket to enter the premisses.
🚗 Please be patient — most of the vendors will be exiting at once.
