Please read these setup instructions carefully to ensure a happy and joyful setup experience.

There is our second Fall Festival at Coachman Park.

Come happy and ready for a saucy experience!

GOLDEN RULE: Please be patient and kind.

We appreciate everyone working together.

🍁 Setup is a 4-Step: 🛑 STOP your car at the cement path route → 🛒 CART your items to your designated spot→ 🚗 PARK your vehicle → ⾕ GET your booth ready to start the fun!

1️⃣ Load-In

Our event load-in is separated by arriving zones/time frame. Your specific load-in time frame was included in the email you received.

🍁 Saturday October 3rd

Following your assigned time ensures a smooth, stress-free entry and keeps traffic moving with 170 vendors to setup. All vehicles must be moved to vendor parking before 9:30 AM.

🍁Vendor Entrance Route:

Stop at Cleveland St & N Osceola Ave (top of the hill) to check in. Please do not try to reach the Park through S Osceola. Saucy staff will guide you to your spot from the Cleveland St park entrance. You have 20 minutes to unload. Setup when you return. Keep your vehicle on the cement path. Strictly no driving on the grass. Exit onto Drew St to head to the vendor parking lot.

🍁Parking:

There are a few options below. Click on the map for a detailed list of parking available (Remember: Lot 11 is paid on the weekends). There is street parking available too.

2️⃣ Your area

Your assigned spot is provided in the VENDORS LIST on the bottom of this page.

🍁Please refer to the map below to locate your spot.

🍁Please bring just the items listed in your application.

3️⃣ Unload First, THEN Park

The Saucy Queen staff will guide you to your spot.

🍁 Unload from the cement path. Cart your items to your designated spot. Park your car.

🍁 Do not setup before you park your vehicle.

🚗 Drive slowly. Be patient. Bring an extra hand. You have 20 minutes to unload.

4️⃣ Tent Setup Rules

🍁 Every tent leg must be properly weighted. Don't let your tent become the festival's newest flying attraction!

🍁 If you must leave early for an emergency, your setup must remain in place until the end of the event. Arrange for someone else to handle breakdown if needed.

5️⃣ Electricity

🍁 Electricity access is not available in the Park. Do not plug in the City outlets. We have no permission in our contract.

🍁 Only vendors who previously requested space for quiet generators will be placed accordingly. We can't accept new requests.

6️⃣ Final Setup Checklist

🍁 Keep your booth clean. Please bring your trash with you after breakdown.

🍁 City’s trash cans are for attendees only.

🍁 Ensure all required business licenses, certificates of insurance and permits are updated.

🍁 Saucy Queen events take place rain or shine. Do not ask about weather.

⚠️ Oil, fat or grease disposal is not available. Please bring your cooking waste with you.

7️⃣ Breakdown – 5:00 PM

🍁 Fully pack your booth (including tent).

🍁 Be sure all your belongings are ready to load.

🍁 Wave for a Saucy Queen member to receive your golden ticket. Vehicles trying to reach the Park for breakdown without this ticket will not have access.

🍁 Please be patient. Most of the vendors will be exiting at once.
